EcoFiber BD supplies and exports premium raw banana fiber from Bangladesh. Our fiber is extracted from the pseudostems of the banana plant (Musa species) — a natural, lignocellulosic material known for its exceptional strength and silk-like luster.
What begins as agricultural waste becomes a high-value, 100% biodegradable resource. We grade every batch as A, B or C so textile mills, paper manufacturers, handicraft makers and industrial buyers get exactly the fiber their application needs.
Founded in 2025 as a partnership between two friends fascinated by the untapped potential of banana fiber, EcoFiber BD started by sourcing from the finest banana and natural-fiber producers across Bangladesh. Today we work with a nationwide network of over 100 fiber entrepreneurs, together capable of supplying up to 40 tons of natural fiber every month.
